Personalized Jar Candle
Build one or more candle configurations. Minimum 5 candles per configuration. Names and messages on the labels can still differ.
Fully Custom
Company logos, brand-specific designs, unusual packaging, brand colors, special event concepts, or anything outside the standard builder. We’ll review your request and reply with pricing and next steps — no checkout is needed yet.

Each configuration is one exact combination — shape, scent, color and packaging — with at least 5 favors. Add as many configurations as you need (minimum order of 10 favors overall). Gift packaging is included and every favor has a cotton wick.

Production begins after final design approval when approval is required. Production time doesn’t include shipping time.
Shipping & payment
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Bulk & Events orders are not part of the regular free-shipping promotion.
Standard Bulk & Events orders are paid 100% at checkout. No deposits, no invoices.
Personalized designs & approval
Your design comes next. We’ll email your custom B&W mockup within 1–5 business days. Up to 2 revisions are included (the first mockup doesn’t count as a revision). Production begins only after you approve your final design in writing by email.
Please check all names, spelling, dates, messages and photos carefully. Once you approve, your order is released for production and can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded. Need changes beyond the two included revisions? Contact us before further design work.
Cancellations
Personalized orders: you can cancel any time before you give your final design approval by email. Once you approve, your order is released for production — personalization can no longer be changed, and the order becomes non-refundable and can’t be cancelled.
Non-personalized orders: you can cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the order is released for production and becomes non-refundable and can’t be cancelled.
Fully Custom orders: terms are shared with you separately once we’ve reviewed your request.
Returns & refunds
Because Bulk & Events orders are made for you and produced in larger quantities, we can’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, an order that’s no longer needed, a wrong option choice (color, scent, size, shape), a scent you don’t personally like, or an event that was cancelled or changed after production began.
Unsure? Review your selections carefully and try our scent samples or a finished-candle sample first.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from your approved design, contact us and tell us which items are affected — photos help. We’ll review it and offer an appropriate resolution, such as replacing the affected items. We don’t automatically refund a whole order when only individual items are affected.
